At ALDO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of the purchase date, provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging and include the packing slip. Securely seal the box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided.

  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup. Retain your tracking number for peace of mind until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
